Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation at our properties, guests fully accept these terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with your booking.
Reservations and Payments
Booking Confirmation
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment. You will receive a confirmation email with booking details.
Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
The following conditions apply to cancellations and changes:
- • Cancellations and changes up to 14 days before arrival: penalty of 30% of the booking amount
- • Cancellations and changes within 14 days of arrival: penalty of 100% of the booking amount
Weather Conditions
In case of adverse weather conditions that prevent maritime connections to the island of Panarea, the booking will be considered cancelled and no penalty will be applied. Guests may reschedule their stay based on availability or request a full refund of the amount paid.
Check-in and Check-out
Standard Times
- • Check-in: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- • Check-out: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Late check-ins or early check-outs must be arranged in advance.
Required Documents
A valid ID is required at check-in. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:
- • Smoking is prohibited inside the properties
- • Pets are allowed with prior agreement (additional fee applies)
- • Quiet hours must be respected (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
- • The maximum number of guests cannot be exceeded
- • Parties or events require prior authorization
- • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property
Liability and Damages
Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately and will be charged according to repair cost.
Limitation of Liability
Management is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings, nor for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control (weather conditions, public service interruptions, strikes).
Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Messina shall have jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website.
